Overview of the role Your Team

The purpose of this role is to lead and deliver against the biddable (programmatic) activation for our clients. This role is also responsible for the delivery of Execution Excellency across the given channel for scoped clients, predominately in financial services. This role is required to be a Channel Expert with a hybrid understanding of all biddable channels 

Your Team Career Stage

Outcomes are responsible for the delivery of our Search, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Adtech, Performance Partnerships, Social products and services.   It is responsible for delivering the Mindshare Performance Media function via utilising systems, processes and practices that enables work to effectively and efficiently move throughout the agency teams and departments.

Career Stage 

Mid Career Role  - You will have meaningful career experience across major agency and channel related concepts and application to deliver effective client and brand outcomes. This will be underlpned by a Professional Marketing Qualification or Equivalent Experience of 2- 5 Years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry  using SME tools, techniques and processes.

  • Delivering a gold standard implementation of planning, optimising and budget management
  • Identifying the right products and services to meet the clients needs and briefs
  • Building an effective knowledge and use of proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market leading campaign implementation
  • Demonstrating knowledge, understanding and application of the Mindshare Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage
  • Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category whilst responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations
  • Developing trusted relationships with platform partners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape
  • Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering
  • Manages clients expectations effectively with regard to the delivery of all work across the team
  • Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touch points with an aim for zero account queries
  • Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence
  • Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understands contractual and commercial client requirements and ensures all external stakeholders follow compliant financial processes
  • Keeping across trends to enhance the capabilities of my team and share knowledge with clients and other stakeholders
  • Creating networks within my business and across brands to foster collaboration
  • Survey the entire landscape to uncover unique or new solutions
  • Explain the impact my team’s contribution has on the agency’s profitability
