This role reports to: Account Manager (INCA)
Your Role
- Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with partners and influencers
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns
- Proofread and quality check influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and planned deliverables.
- Discover and identify top performing influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand.
- Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for post campaign reports
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Always seeking out for emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- A spontaneous individual with a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Liaising with agency teams to create and coordinate influencer marketing strategies
Skill requirements
- Basic knowledge in social media platforms
- Ability to research and analyze influencer marketing trends
- Excellent writing and language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
- Able to work independently and with a team, proactive and takes own initiative with strong project management skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
- Client-facing and client management experience is a plus.
- Takes initiative in the role, and is able to think outside the box
