OpenMind by WPP is an integrated agency model drawing on talent from across WPP. It has been created to accelerate the global transformation for Nestlé’s media function. Core to the solution is the best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP’s investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment. The Open Team model has been designed for Nestlé to leverage the best of WPP through a simple and flexible, easy to navigate model.
 
OpenMind was recently awarded Nestle’s media agency of record in Australia & New Zealand, commencing June 2024. In January 2024, OpenMind commenced working across 47 countries in Europe, joining our colleagues who have been working across North America for a number of years. Marketplace
 
Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver purple standard implementation and trading practices.

Responsibilities
 
  • Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives.
  • Works collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
  • Conducting own personal brand within the OpenMind Professional Etiquette guidelines.
  • Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying
  • Building an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market leading campaign implementation.
  • Demonstrating knowledge, understanding and application of the OpenMind Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage
  • Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.
  • Provides accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category whilst responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations
  • Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
  • Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering.
  • Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
  • Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
  • Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The role involves the application of specialist technical skills and relative autonomy of decision making.  It is not a position to which any industrial award applies.
 
Experience
 
Early Career Role - You will have some Marketing or Agency career experience applying the core marketing competencies, utilising your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 1 - 3 Years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes.
High level technical skills in organization, communication, problem solving, strategic thought, proactive management.
