As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and complex Accounts Payable Management process for the business units managed within the company.
You will be responsible to maintain the financial control to ensure accurate and timely payments to our media vendors, accounts payable related reporting, provide accounts payable analysis and managing complex accounts process.
 
Reporting of the role
This role will be reporting to Finance Director.
In this role, your key responsibilities and goals will be:
In three months:
  • Ensure vendor SOA checking and follow up and discuss with Finance Director for the payment schedule
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to our media vendors
  • Ensure payment advices related to the payment made are sent to vendors in timely basis.
  • Lead accounts payable monthly closing, and ensures accuracy of financial statements.
  • To respons vendors queries in timely basis
  • To do monthly accounts payable reconciliation between account payable payment processed and bank transfer.
 
In six months:
On top of what has been done in three months, AP Manager will be responsible for
  • Ensure AP posted in a timely basis after invoice received and supported by required supporting document.
  • Vendor management relationship no complain from vendor for unresponsive reply on their queries
  • Manage complex payment schedules and substantial payment value for various media vendors and various payment processings
  • Manage weekly media payment schedule as well as monthly media payment schedule in order to ensure NWC target achievement on a monthly basis.
  • Liase with internal and external audit as well as SOX audit.
 
In 12 months:
On top of what has been done in six months, AP Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leverage team productivity and efficiency
  • Provide quarterly media payments forecast
  • Ensure invocies are posted in AP in timely manner
  • Good vendor management and communicaiton to ensure payments done and avoid risk of account suspension due to late payments
 
 
Minimum qualifications:
Degree qualified, you will have at least 5 years of relevant working experience managing substantial payment value to significantly various vendors, managing team and work with complex stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in leading accounts payable department with substantial IDR value and complex vendors management
  • Must have experience in dealing with internal and external financial audit. Experience in handling SOX audit related to account payable organization will be an advantage.
  • High integrity person, good leadership skill as well as interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Approachable, excellent in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. English
  • Independent and highly motivated.
  • Meticulous and passionate about compliance.
