This role reports to the Director
 
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Understand your client portfolio and team's workflow.
  • Maintain good client servicing skill, proactive in engaging client for forward planning and recommendation and manage client expectation in timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaign planning and implementation – from receiving media brief to ensuring proper billing post-campaign.
  • Tracking and reporting campaign results according to reporting cadence agreed; competitive analysis, ad-hoc reports requested by the client and raise any issues/suggestions for improvements.
  • Be a team player - build great working relationships with the various internal stakeholders. Assist the team in all aspects of administration tasks when required.
  • Keep learning and developing technical and industry knowledge through trainings.
  • Provide support in these areas if required: knowledge sharing on emerging technology, new business pitches, corporate processes, and other agency initiatives.  
 
Practical Knowledges
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Integrated media planning knowledge
  • CM360 and site analytics are good add-on skill sets.
 
What you will need:
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant media experience in a media or advertising agency.
  • Digitally savvy and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, operationally efficient and passionate about media (traditional and digital)
  • Experience in a client facing role. 
  • Comfortable working with details, figures, and have a data-driven mindset. 
  • Possess positive attitude, good organizational skills and meticulous when completing tasks. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Accountable to work under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
