Overview of the Job:

Monetization of Matrix proprietary products which includes shows produced for various platforms by Influencer Marketing sales. You will need to manage and coordinate with various GroupM agency stakeholders and Clients to sell Matrix Specialist Business targets in your region. For more clarity

Motion Content Group Shows Ability to bring the show alive with compelling narration, marry the brand philosophy with the show to get sponsors, build client confidence and relationship (Internal and external), and achieve targets for the project. You will need to demonstrate the ability to be responsible and accountable for the task at hand. You will play a multifaceted role in dealing with various stakeholders and ensuring flawless implementation through coordination with backend teams

  • An environment wherein knowledge of Content sales,Digital,TV,Print and Radio, would be added to skill set.
  • The candidate should have prior knowledge of all Content sales or Digital Content sales and enhance the skill set with an understanding of the partner product and deal structures.
  • Working on the clients across Group M agencies in the region

Responsibilities of the role:

  • The job would entail interacting at different levels across Group M agencies
  • Pitching and then pushing for closures on the same.
  • The products include IP shows on Tv and Digital, Influencer plans with digital inventory sales for boosting and amplification plans that provide for partner publishers.
  • The idea being that you would need to build a relationship with various stakeholders of the business – create sales through logical explanation basis Reach and other deliverables took into consideration while planning for campaigns
  • Interacting with Content teams, Planners and Buyers across GroupM– the biggest agency in India.
  • Knowing the pulse of various media campaigns and being up-to-date with Media happenings.
  • You would need to be at the right time and at the right place to plug in products wherever there are requirements and wherein they make sense keeping the overall objective of the campaign intact

  • Quick learner, good presentation skills, and confident.
  • Sell a dream.
  • Open to long working hours if the situation so demands
  • 2 years of media sales experience
  • Client/Agency relationships exposure and strong relationship management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities
  • Go-getter attitude and responsible to close all loops
