As the Associate Director - HR Operations & Adminisration, you will be responsible for supervising the HR Ops & Admin team to ensure efficient delivery of employee HR services and overall office facility and administration services of GroupM.

Responsibilities of the role:

HR Operations

  • Oversees Employee Mobility and works with HRBPs, vendors and commercial partners to ensure efficient and timely processing of employee transfers
  • Oversees updating of HR policies as needed
  • Manages HR reporting requirements as needed
  • Ensures compliance to Labor regulations including but not limited to Employee Health and Safety, Employee Data Management and any new regulations
  • Submit management, financial and SOX reports as required. Ensures SOX audit recommendations are followed through
  • Responsible for completion of annual compliance certifications/trainings required by WPP
Office Administration
  • Oversees Office Administration, Procurement & Purchasing function
  • Reviews requests for accreditation of suppliers
  • Reviews and approves all purchases and internal invoices prior to request for payment
  • Oversees SOX audit requirements such as PO Listings, Open PO Listings, Fixed Assets Report, etc. and ensures compliance to company policies and processes
  • Reviews process and cost efficiencies with vendors
  • Attends and participates in internal and external meetings as required or requested
  • Prepares reports related to job scope
  • Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
What you will need:
  • Extensive experience in HR Operations, C&B administration, facilities management
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has pleasing, excellent interpersonal skills, team player
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Very good planning and organization skill

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, and office administration
  • Relevant experience with the Big 4 or large MNCs
  • Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the process owners, agency teams, legal and tax advisors and other consultants and work effectively within group functional teams
  • Must be highly analytical and a fast learner
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
