Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Director.

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months: 

  • Understand scope of work and working processes, which approach is being proposed to be in line with criteria and expectation.
  • Work with GroupM Trading cross-function teams on Inventory product development and evaluation.
  • Work with GroupM Agencies to drive Inventory Sales.

In six months:

  • Optimize product development process and handling selling independently
  • Prove yourself as a reliable point of contact in cross team collaboration.
  • Work with team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness

In 12 months:

  • Play a key role on product development and execution
  • Ensure Sales Target can be 100% delivered

 

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

Product development -

  • Collect intention from agency investment
  • Product development with selling story & pricing for briefing
  • Post evaluation for learning and implication

Sales & Operation -

  • Sell programs to agencies
  • Program inventory management
  • Program performance tracking and reporting
  • Supervise financial processes

 

What you will bring:

  • Smooth collaboration with cross functions
  • Attentiveness to details and patience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Preferably with 3+ years of SP/TP experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
