Overview of job
MediaCom is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Media Planner to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for all tasks and client service activities associated with an assigned brand/account

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Business Director

  1. Get in-depth understanding of the P&G’s business and work on multi-media strategy
  2. Working across traditional & digital media (E2E)
  3. Get exposure to cross category and cross country learnings

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understand client’s business and current Media strategy deployed
  • Be responsible for client’s day-to-day deliverables

In six months:

  • Be responsible for client’s deliverables like Campaign Management, Competition analysis, Reports, Reviews, AOPs
  • Be able to plan multi-media (Traditional & Digital)

In 12 months:

  • Analyse media, business & competition learnings to form next year’s approach
  • Be able to bring integrated (Traditional & Digital) learning and conversations with client

What your day job looks like at MediaCom:

  • Campaign Management
  • Optimization
  • Reporting
  • Identifying new Media opportunities for client
  • Understanding new platforms
  • Analysing Media trends

What you’ll bring:

  •  Analysis for weekly meetings & Monthly meetings
  • Campaign Insights & application of the same in future campaigns
  • Platform updates
  • Educating clients on various formats and benefits of same

Minimum qualifications:

  •  5+ Years of experience in Media
  • Postgraduate
  • Client servicing
