Overview of job
GroupM is the leading global media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Print Supervisor   to join us.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Get to know team members and the ways of working, and adapt to the role quickly and take on responsibilities

 

  • Master basic media information of print publications and be familiar with media contact team

 

  • Be familiar with contact windows of GroupM and media brands, and understand clients’ various needs

 

  • Be familiar with the workflow

 

  • Be familiar with the print media guidelines of different brands

 

  • Be familiar with the team routine report and output frequency

 

 

In six months:

  • Fulfil accuracy management in daily work

 

  • Manage the team effectively and handle daily work independently

 

  • Deeply understand the relevance of new print media products and various brands

 

  • Establish good relationship with print media

 

 

In 12 months:

  • Able to face client independently, and participate in clients and media’s annual media day

 

  • Able to independently complete annual negotiation tasks for different brands

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 5 years related working experience; luxury industry related experience is preferred
  • Have strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Be responsible and hard working
