We are currently looking for a digital specialist to join us as Biddable Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of the digital team at Neo, working closely with clients and the internal team to implement the search, programmatic and social media campaigns, as well as assisting the team with producing media plans. You will be highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail and are excited to work with market leading technologies. Most importantly, you will be passionate about, and driven to deepen your knowledge of all things related to search, programmatic and social media buying.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Demonstrated a clear understanding of Neo’s search, programmatic and social media proposition.
  • The ability to work independently to deliver against client’s objectives.
  • Manage campaign operations and regular campaign reporting.
  • Completed relevant platform training and accreditation.

In six months:

  • Supported your team with briefing, planning and tactical strategies across your accounts.
  • Become an expert across the suite of technologies and optimisation tools/techniques.
  • A clear understanding of clients’ objectives and have implemented account optimisations that have made a measurable impact to campaign performance.

In 12 months:

  • Developed advanced optimisation skills and analytical techniques across brand and performance campaigns.
  • Built an advanced understanding of all technology platforms used to fulfil your role.

What your day job looks like at Neo:

  • Assisting colleagues in media planning.
  • All aspects of campaign implementation, including but not limited to:
    • Campaign set-up on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) according to approved media plans
    • Trafficking of assets on Ad Serving Platforms
    • Implement any additional 3rd party verification technology to measure brand safety, ad fraud, viewability, audience demo reach
  • Monitor and reporting
    • Regularly monitor and optimize to ensure optimal campaign performance 
    • Proactively find ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of campaign processes and optimizations
    • Creation of post-campaign reports that include useful learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Troubleshooting of campaigns on both Ad Serving Platforms and DSPs
  • Assist in developing best practices for search, programmatic and social media campaigns
  • Lead media vendor engagement and work with various technology partners to improve campaign performance
  • Deliver against internal and client targets. 

What you’ll bring:

  • An in depth understanding of digital media and the technology landscape.
  • A genuine interest in learning and understanding more about the digital ecosystem; the technologies, the challenges and pitfalls; to advise clients and agencies alike.
  • Exposure to performance marketing, as well as analysing data and delivering insights. 
  • The ability to take accountability for the quality of yours and the team’s work.
  • A high attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.  
  • A good working knowledge of Excel.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, statistics, science, marketing or communications related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in executing, managing, optimising and reporting on digital campaigns within a media agency
  • Expertise across digital platforms, such as Google Ads, DV360, Facebook and Google Analytics
  • Analytical with a keen interest in data/numbers
  • Collaborative team player
  • Curious and inquisitive
  • Efficient worker with good time management skills
