About the role

As a Client Director you are responsible for having a deep understanding of your clients’ business and their challenges. You will be part of a dynamic high performing team, working across some global leading FMCG brands.

You will work with the entire team to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will drive your clients’ business. You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client. You will have a love of marketing and media and understand its role in driving brand growth.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, representing the EssenceMediacom team and ensuring all brand work is delivered to the highest quality
  • Be a business orientated marketing and media person with a passion for building brand growth through media
  • Understand the importance of media and creative working together and be a champion of the agency village construct to work alongside all partners
  • Be passionable about the media market, be at the forefront of all change in the industry and have a view on how that can propel clients business forward
  • Have a interest in marketing science and principles
  • Drive the team culture through development of team engagement plan
  • Oversee and drive the complete end to end connections planning process ensuring that it is implemented across all client work
  • Work with the Client Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scores
  • Go above and beyond to understand your clients' brand/products, enbedd at their offices, immerse yourself in their brands
  • Assist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billings
