Position at GroupM Nexus INCA

The role

The role is to lead, drive and manage INCA business end to end in HK. You will work closely with the regional teams and to lead an existing INCA team. Key areas of responsibility for this role:

Drive adoption and growth of INCA in HK

The main focus of the role will be to work with the Managing Director and key stake holders from GroupM agencies to bring INCA benefits to their clients. This role will also manage an existing product & operations team to ensure campaign delivery and performance.

Client Solutions

Given the nature of this role, you will be responsible to work with a dedicated existing client development team to align the campaign strategy and achieve overall goals.

Expanding the product set

Given your experience and understanding of the market landscape (including current vendor offerings) and what agencies and clients are demanding, you’ll be responsible to actively drive the development of the product roadmap in HK. Increasing capabilities is crucial for sustainable success given the rapid growth of the sector and staying at the forefront of the capabilities required will ensure that clients come back to INCA for future campaigns.

You will closely work with the regional team, which will provide product development, product marketing and sales production support.


You will be responsible to work with the regional marketing team of APAC, and support, ideate and help deliver marketing plans in HK. Work with LearningHUB to deliver modules on the subject. Drive awareness on Influencer Marketing as a subject locally. Participate in Industry Events and be the knowledge centre on Influencer Marketing to clients and press/media.

Investment, Finance and Biz. Operations

Align the supply strategy with Investment team both locally and regionally and cope with regional team’s direction to advance operational processes.


Manage, Enable and Empower the entire GroupM INCA team.


  • 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
  • 2+ years of working on social influencer/content focused campaigns
  • Understanding of the social influencer and social media landscape
  • Understanding of agency processes and structures, especially partnership and content teams
  • Experience in working across markets a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent numerical skills with the ability to quickly analyse commercial constructs and opportunities
  • Comfortable in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders from GroupM and agencies
  • Comfortable in negotiating deals that ensure a beneficial outcome for all concerned
  • You must be comfortable in working autonomously and you will be responsible for delivering pre-defined and agreed goals, presenting progress periodically to management teams.
  • Being able to problem solve is a must and having the ability to think creatively to successfully achieve goals will be key for the successful candidate.
