• Win the team’s trust
• Thorough understanding of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use for e-Commerce on Unilever business
• Get on top of all the ongoing campaign operation
In six months
• Refine keyword / implementation strategy and delivery to exceed expectations and KPIs
• Get skill upgradation to other aspects of e-Commerce
• Confident to plan and deliver search ambition on e-Commerce with minimal supervision
In twelve months
• Be a trusted champion on e-Retailer Search and other on-site ecommerce possibilities
• Raise the bar of performance of e-Commerce for Mindshare Vietnam to be recognized not only by the client, but also across the Unilever network
• Mastering any other aspects of on-site commerce beyond Search


Responsibilities of the Role

We are looking for someone who has experience in operating any biddable media (e.g. Google Search or Facebook CPAS). Beside understanding of elementary operational rigor behind any biddable media activation, basic knowledge of e-Commerce platforms would be a key. The person would be responsible for creating implementation plan for e-Retailer Search based on the business ambition and supervising a team of implementation team to activate the same. The person also would oversee budget management, identifying optimization opportunity, and monitoring the implementation.

Day to day responsibilities:
• Double check updated Keyword list
• Review SKU and Keyword group performance
• Check historical data on CTR, CR, Impression, ROAS etc delivery to prepare for monthly /Mega day planning
• Creating implementation plan based on GMV ambition, SKU priority factoring in all possible ad formats for Search within respective e-Retailer environment
• Optimize and customize the plan to maximize the potential
• In case of gap, highlight what actions need to be taken to meet business goal
• Submission of plan / reworking based on client feedback
• Briefing the approved plan to the implementation team
• Daily monitoring of implementation plan and identification of optimization opportunity
• Preparation and Consolidation of weekly / Monthly performance report from all stores / e-Retailers
• Preparing data for Monthly / Adhoc Regional / local client requests
• Assist in Weekly / Monthly / Mega Day Performance Review

What you will need
• 4-5 years’ experience working in biddable media
• Experience in creating implementation strategies and media plans
• Basic knowledge of e-Commerce
• Experience working with biddable media tools, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook etc
• Curious about new trends, platforms, tools and technology
• Knowledgeable of Excel tricks
