ROLE OUTLINE

The Performance Executive delivers success across all facets of the business. This is a full-time secondment opportunity to work directly within the Kimberley-Clark AUNZ organisation, reporting into the Digital Media lead, to deliver best-in class media planning and activation.

Highly skilled in every aspect of biddable, you are accountable for building, tracking and optimising digital media campaigns across the portfolio of brands within Kimberley-Clark. Able to confidently project manage campaigns; you set the highest standard for operational excellence and maintain a market-leading view of best practice.

Passionate about technology and digital media, you are the team expert on how to deliver best-in-class biddable activation and outcomes while nurturing the relationship with brand and digital teams.

Reporting to: Digital Media Lead at Kimberley-Clark, dotted line into Performance Associate Director at Mindshare.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • Collaborating closely with brand and digital teams at Kimberley-Clark
  • Establishing strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partners
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team at both Kimberley-Clark and Mindshare

WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING

Product – 70% of your time

  • Ensure all output is of the highest standard, and conforms to GroupM's best practices across planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting
  • Oversee the end-to-end biddable process for campaigns, ensuring QA compliance and use of best practice in search, social and programmatic channels
  • Monitor and optimise performance of each campaign according to media KPIs as well as broader business goals;
  • Support biddable projects with the Performance Associate Manager across your brand teams, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success, such as media strategies and integrated planning sessions

People – 20% of your time

  • Function as the day-to-day contact for any inquires related to digital media activity
  • Support your line manager in the delivery of strong implementation plans that meet campaign objectives
  • Meet with vendors and partners to drive your campaign agenda

Commercial – 10% of your time

  • Ensure you are supporting the delivery of commercial tasks with the Performance Associate Manager, including reconciliation of billings and invoices as per the Kimberley-Clark processes
  • Support your line manager on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting as per Kimberley-Clark processes
