Overview of job 
As a Social Exec/Senior Exec, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of all biddable platforms that fall under the scope of Social. You will also provide guidance to the internal teams working on those brands and supporting core team to develop the business capabilities across accounts.

Reporting of the role
 
This role reports to the Performance Manager/Performance Director and the Head of Social.

Measures of success –  
In three months: 
  • Reinforce all your basic understanding about primary global Social platforms like Facebook/IG, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Grow your existing knowledge on advance tactics and media strategy on primary global social platforms.
  • Develop a full understanding of
  • Complete all required certifications on Meta, TikToks Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Build solid partnership with client teams and planners
  • On top of performance updates of all ad accounts under your portfolio
  • Go-to person for executives in the team for platform guidance and day-day optimization recommendations.
Responsibilities of the role: 
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple clients end to end.
  • Take ownership of several accounts and be the POC within GroupM Nexus Social for those accounts;
  • Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Hitting Performance KPIs for clients which works to prove the value of paid social to the clients and internal teams .
  • Be able to provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams.
  • Should be responsible for maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • To have learned and trained yourself to be able to talk fundamentals of social/digital marketing.
     
What you will need: 
  • Basic understanding of all paid social mechanisms and their implications – generally acquired with up to 2 years of progressive experience.
  • Able to plan and execute many different types of paid social campaigns on native ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Can confidently speak to your skillset and recommendations.
  • Prior experience of managing multiple client engagements
  • Medium to Large budget campaign experience preferred, alongside a variety of social platforms and buy types.
