In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • You will have solid comprehension of your campaign pipeline and task status
  • You will have foundational knowledge of GroupM Nexus's tools and processes.
  • Started execution and optimization of digital campaigns on a daily basis
  • Take charge of assigned brands’ digital execution across channels
  • Expertise in reporting and invoicing processes

In six months:

  • You will be confident execution plans using platform based tools, analytics dashboards
  • Be an expert in optimizing digital campaigns across channels to deliver KPIs
  • You will have set up a data driven performance plan framework for your clients, to increase their campaigns effectiveness.

In 12 months:

  • Run the show all by yourself with guidance/direction from your Line Manager
  • Start working on enhancing internal and external relationships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in majors as Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Any working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant internship programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment
  • Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
  • Passionate about digital media and technology and eager to keep learning.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by a commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints Knowledge of digital marketing or hands-on execution experience across any Social platforms preferred
  • Proactively seek feedback on your work to take it to the next level
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies​
