  1. You will be championing and managing KFC CRM & New Retail & Ecommerce business independently working closely with SP Director, best of all you have full control taking care of KFC Growth Platform.
  2. You will be working with great people from different divisions – Data strategy, Programmatic expert, tactical planning to gather insights, drive innovations and business solutions for our clients.
  3. Comprehensive training - you will receive coaching from senior members of the team and will have plenty of training opportunities locally and within region.

 

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • You will be up to speed with the competitor landscape for the client's industry.
  • Demonstrate understanding and ability to use clients using data to gain actionable insights on business challenges.
  • Build a good relationship with clients, as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead KFC CRM & New Retail & Ecommerce business and work with team members.

 In six months:

  • Clear understanding of the fast food category you served.
  • Provided training for the planning team on fast food, New retail , e-commerce learnings and insights
  • Lead KFC CRM & New Retail & Ecommerce team and work with internal and external team smoothly.

In 12 months:

  • Develop a strong fast food category knowledge.
  • Work closely with client,, able to identify opportunities for brands relevant to their specific business.
  • Become an expert of Strategic planning and data planning.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead KFC Growth Platforms (CRM & New Retail & Ecommerce) and lead data innovation within YUM team
  • Keeping up to date with latest category trends, competitors’ moves and bringing actionable learnings to clients
  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage team members and help them to grow.
