About the Discipline

Ad Operations involves leading best practice in tracking and ad technology, and flawless setup & mapping of media campaigns.

 

About the Role: 

As a Senior Advertising Operations Manager within our team, you will be responsible for the set-up, execution and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work with both internal teams (Client Services, Media Analysts, Media Buying and Planning) and external parties (Publishers) to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met. 

 

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Setup and manage campaign placements and creative assets through our in-house campaign management system, 3rd party ad serving partners and publisher interfaces
  • Liaise with publishers to resolve issues quickly including creative, tag and data issues.
  • Maintain regular checks and analysis to ensure data is consistent and correct across systems and partners.
  • Advise media teams on best practice, campaign optimisation, reporting, tracking and creative possibilities.
  • Take a lead in executing advertising operations processes effectively, providing guidance to the team and improving efficiencies.
  • Resolve operational issues as needed.
  • Assist the media team and wider Ad Ops team in providing Ad Hoc reporting requests alongside with specific insights and analysis.
  •  Provide weekly/monthly delivery reports detailing campaign status

 

A bit about you:

  • A minimum 2:1 from a top-tier university or equivalent
  • Experience in advertising operations with demonstrable knowledge of ad serving, preferably gained agency side
  • An exceptional ability to learn new concepts and challenge the status quo
  • An active interest in everything digital
  • Solid understanding of mobile tracking or previous experience preferred
  • Great communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Diligent and attentive to detail; able to follow through on projects and/or issues
  • Good analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and confidence in making information based decisions
  • Computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programmes (including Excel)
