In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Have knowledge of programmatic buying and business-related platforms.
  • Be able to manage programmatic campaigns independently.
In six months:
  • Lead the process throughout campaign execution.
  • Data analysis and provide post-campaign insights. 
In Twelve months:
  • Provide campaign solutions to client, manage deliver results. 
  • Empower the whole team with your knowledge accumulation. 

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Quickly adapt to programmatic operations for both product delivery and service model
  • Ensure on-time and on-quality execution of programmatic campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns in terms of publisher selections, budget allocation, daily monitoring and strategy optimizations to deliver best outcome and gain profit.
  • Work closely with functional teams internally and externally throughout campaign execution
  • Ensuring that the tagging, trafficking and set up of pixels, creatives, ad tags on time and accurately.
  • Cooperate with Product Solution team to ensure launch of new products/inventories, execution of innovative solution to deliver best practice.
  • Being enthusiastically learn and deep dive the capabilities of all platforms/inventories and share with the broader team.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of advertising strategy and produce corresponding solutions. 

What you’ll need:
 
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Proficient in excel, PPT and other office software;
  • Strong ability of data processing and analysis;
  • Efficient execution, good communication and coordination skills, able to independently undertake internal communication and external coordination with third-party partners.
