Programmatic, Biddable, Paid Media & SEO Bangkok, Thailand


Position at GroupM Services

The role will be both external and internal facing as you will be responsible for leading social strategy across key accounts as well as developing a team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Working closely with the Social & Technology Director to deliver on the product vision.
  • Delivering best in class strategic thinking for clients that delivers on business outcomes.
  • Training the team on best practice planning.
  • Developing and maintaining smooth processes and workflow for the team.
  • Ensuring the wider agency is kept up to date on platform innovation and building an effective framework for ways of working within the team.
  • Staying on top of product updates by building strong working relationships with key platform stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • A passion for the industry.
  • 4 years + working in a paid social role (agency preferred).
  • Experience working directly with clients.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Strong knowledge of social best practice across Facebook/Instagram planning and implementation.
  • A working knowledge of other social platforms is desirable (Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of the relationship between social POE and the wider marketing strategy will be valuable.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical and good with numbers.
  • Good understanding of brand effectiveness measurement will be very useful.
