Senior FP&A Manager
Reporting of the role
This role reports to: CFO
The position
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting on annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasting, month-end closing and expense review, in collaboration with regional finance team and business teams
- Act as key coordinator with business and commercial teams to prepare regular management reports to facilitate performance review and ad-hoc projects based on organization goals
- Prepare consolidated management accounts and perform performance/revenue/cost analysis on actual vs budget/forecast figures, and report on key variances for management review
- Provide insights in business/financial performance, costs and margins to assist management review on financial implications
- Identify opportunities and risks through financial analysis and recommend actions
- Ensure all reporting are complying with company guidelines and timeline
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field with professional qualification
- Minimum 6-year experience in financial reporting and analysis role
- Prefer accounting experience with major multinational companies and external audit background will be a plus
- Proven problem-solving skills with energetic and dynamic, and the ability to perform multitasks under pressure
- Proficient articulation and presentation skills
- Well organized, detail-minded to follow through the action points proactively and monitor the progress
- Build and maintain effective communications with all key internal stakeholders
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office, accountings systems, reporting tools
- Good command in both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
