Overview of job 
We are looking for energetic and curious mind to join us to work with the top media-spending client in China. This Strategic Planning Supervisor position will work on integrated planning on certain category. You will be a trusted advisor not just to the clients but internally with key stakeholders within the agency. 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Planning Director.

Measures of success – 

In three months:

  • Get deep understanding of client business.
  • Manage all day-to-day assignments in an effective way.


In six months:

  • Independently complete 80%+ queries from client, including the most important annual presentations to clients.
  • In a Forward-looking client management cycle, anticipate clients’ common queries and provide response or solution actively.


In 12 months:

  • A strong knowledge of clients' marketing challenges and be able to provide media recommendations/solutions to address clients' business needs.


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide high-quality strategy and tactics in client proposal and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and implementation capacity.
  • Manage day to day operational work on the given client(s) with the team.
  • Ensure client projects are kept on track while adhering to campaign objectives.
  • Manage the daily communication with multiple parties; able to tackle sudden requests/issues with proper attitude and professional skills.
  • Understand and keep updated with the latest media, esp. digital trends
