The Content Planning Manager will be responsible to drive the development of content/influencer marketing strategy and plans as a form of service or product for clients as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for GroupM agencies.

- Get to work with the most dynamic and largest influencer marketing team in the Philippines, on a wide variety of accounts that range from FMCGS to telcos, to utilities and NGOs
- Cultivate creativity with content ideas fueled by data, and learn from a very eclectic group of individuals, many of whom are experts in creative fields outside advertising
- It’s never boring. The nature of creative work, the push for agility, and the constant influx of new projects all contribute to a dynamic working environment
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
For Copy-based Creative Planners
- Interpret creative briefs to ideate and develop concepts for KOL activations and other IMC components such as video concepts, OOH, digital placements, and many, many more
- Be well-versed and up-to-date on evolving marketing/content trends from both brands and KOLs alike
- To create and present recommendations to clients based on trends and best-practices
- Work closely with accounts upon reception of client briefs, to ask questions and attain clarity on the tasks and brand goals at hand
- To help clients solve business challenges with creative solutions, collaborating closely with strategy, accounts, planners, and other creatives alike
- To ensure cohesion and a tight-knit output from the team
- To spearhead brainstorming sessions, creating an environment for creativity to thrive
- To guide co-creatives under your wing, while simultaneously reviewing and approving their works
- To serve as OIC in the absence of key creative staff
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials
- Ensuring a high standard of verbal craftsmanship across all media and campaigns
- Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team — and to client representative when requested — and participate occasionally in client pitches
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback
