Your will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service, innovative planning solutions, and measurable business results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Strategic Leadership & Vision: 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Precision team's vision, aligning with Wavemaker Philippines' overall business objectives. 
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies within the digital media landscape. 
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities and offerings. 
  
Client Service & Business Development: 
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. 
  • Lead the development and presentation of compelling media strategies and recommendations that address client business challenges and drive measurable results. 
  • Develop and implement client growth plans to expand existing business opportunities. 
  
Team Management & Development: 
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of planners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. 
  • Provide clear direction, set challenging goals, and empower team members to reach their full potential. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and support the professional development of team members. 
  
Operational Excellence & Innovation: 
  • Oversee the tactical execution of all digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. 
  • Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of work. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive innovation. 
  • Champion WM’s integrated planning process 
  
Technical Expertise & Analytical Skills: 
  • Possess a deep understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies. 
  • Proficient in utilizing research and analytics tools to inform planning decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. 
  • Adept at interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Knowledge of various research/analytic techniques and ability to effectively communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
