Wavemaker is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Digital Assistant to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing digital campaigns.

 In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Successfully trafficking and reporting on digital campaigns
  • Working closely with the Digital Manager to develop integrated digital strategies
  • Successfully completing post campaign reports and garnering insights

In six months:

  • Developing client relationships and are comfortable implementing and managing optimisation and reporting of digital campaigns
  • Liaising and assisting the performance team on implementation of social media campaigns across multiple social platforms

In 12 months

  • Successfully managing the teams’ campaigns, trafficking and reporting
  • Have built strong and respected relationships with clients and digital media owners
  • Made positive impact on the Wavemaker business and our clients business and developed your digital skillset

What your day job looks like at Wavemaker:

  • Running competitor reports using Pathmatics
  • Creating standard metric, duplication and audience profile reports using Nielsen Answers
  • Assisting in trafficking approved line items through to the adserver using Symphony
  • Assisting in briefing out and manage campaigns with the GroupM ad ops team
  • Assisting in the process required to set up contacts, URLs, check if creatives are to specs /clicktags are working and attach creatives to placements
  • Assisting in the process required to publish ads and download placement tags for supply to publishers
  • Creating go live reports 
  • Pulling campaign reports covering adserver, platforms, MOAT and Nielsen DAR
  • Monitoring / tracking campaign delivery and flagging potential issues
