We’re currently seeking an Implementation & Activation Manager to mainly look after TV buying;

YOUR TEAM
The broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients, across traditional offline channels.
Our I&A team are fully embedded within our Mindshare client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.
This role sits within our OpenMind squad. OpenMind was created to accelerate the global transformation for Nestlé’s media function. Core to the solution is the best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP’s investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment. 
 
OpenMind was recently awarded Nestle’s media agency of record in Australia & New Zealand, commencing June 2024. In January 2024, OpenMind commenced working across 47 countries in Europe, joining our colleagues who have been working across North America for a number of years. This is a truly global model, with deep specialist expertise and scale. 
The Open Mind team typically collaborate in the Sydney office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, overlooking Darling Harbour.
 
YOUR ROLE

The I&A Manager is a critical role, over-seeing activation of client campaigns to ensuring best-in-class delivery for clients consistently, whilst also shaping effective, efficient, creative, and future facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients, to deliver business growth.
As a Manager you are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met, and ensuring a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
  • Brings innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market
  • Oversee the construct and presentation of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
  • Contribute to great teamwork with a supportive and positive can-do attitude.
 
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To thrive in this role, you’ll enjoy spending the majority of your time on TV buying (the rest being financing, reporting, etc). We’re also looking for;

  • Owning the processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign
  • Within first 12 months, comfortable to take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.
