About the role
We are searching for a passionate digital activation executive to join our KR team to service our 
Google account. This role encompasses the activation of various digital channels but focuses mainly 
on managing local mobile publishers across Cauly, Acetrader, TNK, Inmobi, Naver, Kakao, etc. This is 
an interesting role which allows the candidate to acquire a good understanding of hands-on platform 
activation, tactical planning, buying coordination, following clear work streams across trafficking and 
set up while dealing with various media partners in conjunction with the Senior Activation Executive 
and Manager.
Working mainly alongside regional activation teams in regards to set-up, trafficking and data quality 
control, the media activation executive will be supported by a regional/local Media Planning and 
Activation Manager. Role expectations include tactical activation, trafficking, getting familiar with 
publisher scorecards, data stitching, quality control and industry insights updates. The candidate will 
assure best practices are followed and Q&A of campaigns are conducted, while supporting campaign 
launches timely as planned. Day to day tasks will cover communicating with regional activation 
teams, local media reps, sending publisher IOs and tracking requests (where needed), providing 
screenshots and supporting daily pacing, optimization and ensuring campaign hygiene. The media 
activation executive will also actively get involved in regular reporting, data input and learn about 
commentary while supporting financial reconciliation. 
Reporting to the Planning and Activation Manager, this candidate will work closely with other digital 
activation team members and ask for guidance from the local and regional activation leadership to 
support test and learn programs and creative tests. The media activation executive will also make 
her-/himself familiar with internal tools including but not limited to launch trackers and data integrity 
reports.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
● Learn and develop tactical planning skills
● Send publisher IOs and tracking requests while manage the trafficking work streams and tsheet inputs 
● Learn all about campaign set up based on Google and MFG campaign guidelines structure 
and best practices provided
● Support timely campaign launches, screenshots and troubleshoot issues
● Learn about daily pacing, in-flight optimization, campaign hygiene and support the senior 
activation executive
● Prepare reporting and data 
● Support financial reconciliation
● Learn how to plan and activate local mobile publishers across Cauly, Acetrader, TNK, Inmobi, 
Naver, Kakao, etc.
A bit about yourself:
● University graduate, with good understanding of the Korean media landscape; Experience as 
a media agency intern preferred
● Confident using English in your day to day work, proficiency in written and spoken English
● Displays strong interest in Google Marketing Stack and willing to learn more
● Good overview of local KR publishers and willing to learn hands on activation
● Good team player with good work prioritization and management skills
● Confident to communicate and present to internal stakeholders 
● Passionate about digital platforms and data, and follows latest industry trends and news
● Meticulousness and, preciseness
● Familiar with Google spreadsheet and other google documents an important plus
