Measures of success –

In three months:

  • 掌握各主流电商平台的电商推广形式及操作
  • 参与到知名品牌的电商推广活动中

In six months:

  • 负责知名品牌主流电商渠道RTB广告的推广规划,投放及优化
  • 熟识各类电商平台的广告投放

In 12 months:

  • 成为主要的电商渠道RTB广告投放的专家
  • 整体负责某品牌的电商推广规划及投放
Responsibilities of the role:
  • 负责制定知名品牌客户在淘宝/天猫,京东,一号店等主流电商网站的广告投放计划
  • 负责客户在各主流网站上的广告投放,包括但不限于直通车/钻展,京准通,一点通等
  • 分析相应的推广数据, 进行优化
  • 与电商策划及运营同事合作,进行品牌电商整合活动
  • 协作推广经理完成全年的绩效

What you will need:

  1. 具备3年以上电商经验,有淘宝营销推广经验和大客户服务经验者优先;
  2. 对电商行业有较深入的理解和认识,对数据敏感,有较强的数据分析能力,能从繁杂的用户数据中发现并解决问题;
  3. 有较强的学习与沟通能力,客户管理和内外部沟通协调能力;
    4. 具备为客户的电商业务的营销推广能力,策划方案的设计、撰写能力, 熟练操作Office办公软件(特别是Excel和PPT)
  4. 熟练运用英文能力者优先考虑;
