Position at Movent Inc.

Experience designer's primary task is designing for best-in-class user experience illustrating flows, sitemap, wireframes, UI design system components like graphic elements, typography, iconography, visual assets that best express the brand personality and content. Part of responsibilities includes understanding project briefs and evaluating user requirements, in close collaboration with UX researchers, client servicing, and project managers in delivering delightful digital products (MVP) that exceed customer expectations and business requirements. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Design beautiful data-driven and evidence-based digital platforms (websites and apps).

In three months:

  • Integrate seamlessly with XStudio and Web Production teams
  • Work harmoniously with GroupM client servicing team
  • Mastery of UX/UI tools, primarily Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.

In six months:

  • Lead UI projects independently at Movent 

In 12 months:

                • Lead UI projects with GroupM agencies

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Understand project briefs and product specifications with UX designers and project managers
  • Find design solutions to solve complex UX problems – findability, engagement, conversion
  • Produce information architecture, site maps, wireframes, lo-fi/hi-fi prototypes
  • Design user interface (UI); design system components, graphic elements, typography, iconography, photography
  • Build design proposals, proofs-of-concept to MVP prototypes (Adobe XD)
  • Facilitate design solution hand-over with Web Production

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication Arts
  • At least 1 to 2 years of web/ graphic, UI/UX, publication design experience
  • Adept knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites for web – XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
    Organized, fast learner, and independent
  • Knowledge in UX design and HTML/ CSS is a plus
