In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to improve on current situation.

In six months:

  • Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.

In 12 months:

  • Mentor new Planners and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager).


What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Make annual, quarterly, monthly media & promotion plans in line with brands’ annual marketing/sales plans and conduct execution & optimization based on performance results and sales ROI.
  • Make monthly, quarterly, annual performance analysis and headroom reviews and give recommendations including A/B testing for next eCommerce and digital campaign.
  • Have regular sales performance review meetings with clients, in which assess EC and digital campaign and EC promotion activities and provide insights/recommendation/action plans by analysing and reviewing traffic by T/P and its sales trends correlation.
  • Build good relationship and work closely with clients and media partner.
  • Work with brand media planners/ digital trading managers to ensure all buys and placements fit the overall strategy
  • Media budget management and tracking

 What you’ll bring:

  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
  • Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes
  • Commercially focused with a strong sense of customer behaviour
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills / English is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

 Minimum qualifications:

  • Around/above 3 yrs experience in digital agency or digital marketing area
  • Experience in data analysis and developing strategies based on data
  • Experience with new/emerging media, a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • English communication (reading and writing)
