Role Objectives

The Addressable TV media marketplace is a new, complex, and fast-moving space. To ensure that the Finecast is well placed to
take advantage of the opportunities, it should have a best in class, innovative product suite.

Role responsibilities 

The Product & Supply Development Associate is a key member of the Finecast launched team in Thailand. This role plays a
crucial part developing necessary tools, platform, data, supply, and new integrations for the growth in Finecast for present and
future including but not limited to:

  • Supply development, recruit and grow Finecast supply partnerships to meet with the growing demands
  • Plan, manage and forecast Finecast inventory to be available for current and future demand that fit with business plans and roadmap
  • Onboard and ensure the right integration takes place between SSP, DSP, and publishers for Finecast business including the new test on header bidding and DAI integration
  • Oversee campaign optimization, troubleshooting where/ when necessary. Work with SSP and DSP (eg. Pubmatic, Xandr) to ensure success in campaigns delivery
  • Product development, including the implementation of product strategy and roadmap development, as well as the liaison with the Finecast Global Product team
  • Develop proprietary Finecast Audience Planner Platform (FCAP) to fit/ response to business requirements in the Thai market
  • Initiate, plan and develop new measurement tools enabling reach & frequency management such as mScreen, Finecast Panel, Finecast ID, etc to drive and sustain the growth on Finecast
  • Assess and onboard new and necessary data partners to enhance more targeting capabilities filling the gap responding to the business challenges and requirements
  • Setting the strategy and supporting infrastructure for how we optimize yield across our business.
Candidate Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong working experience of building product & supply solutions, taking those products to market and analysing / optimising the efficiency and profitability of how we price and operate campaigns.
  • A strong working knowledge of the TV and Video advertising industries, especially Addressable technologies, is key as thecandidate will need to help architect first to market product solutions that will require creative technical thinking.
  • The role also requires a sound understanding of dashboarding solutions, database design and ETL processes to ensure wedevelop cost effective, scalable reporting and insight systems.
  • The ideal individual will be able to collaborate well, internally and externally, to drive projects to completion, communicate effectively to articulate ideas and product vision, and manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.
The following experience, skills and attributes will be required:
  • Solid experience in the TV advertising and digital media industries
  • Strong experience on trading and optimization with programmatic buying campaigns especially on Connected TV and OTT inventory through well established SSP and DSPs including Pubmatic, Xandr, etc.
  • Ability to lead partner technology relationships – clearly setting expectation, laying out requirements and prioritizing tasks; then holding all parties accountable
  • Sound understanding of database development and reporting dashboard design
  • Experience and understanding of building pricing models and policy
  • Strong analytical capabilities – being able to identify and interpret trends and provide clear recommendations
  • Experienced negotiation skills to support on commercial contracts and partnership development
  • Understanding and experience of the product and technology development process
  • Proven ability to work positively as a key stakeholder in cross functional projects, being able to listen and process information from others and incorporate feedback
  • Experience in product marketing – being able to take product solutions from idea stage to market launch
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions and comfortable presenting in group environments
