Overview of job

Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Biddable Manager to join us.

In this client facing role, your responsibilities will be focused on driving best practices in performance within Paid Search for both client’s campaigns and our team’s operations.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • A strong understanding of the client’s brands, products and ways of working
  • Managed campaigns end-to-end from brief, plan, setup and providing insights and tactical recommendations
  • Developed a deep understanding of campaign goals through rigor in analysing performance and optimisation
  • Developed trusted relationships with clients, local markets and technology partners

In six months:

  • Be capable of smoothly handling all things related to campaign management, local market communication and coordination
  • Have a full understanding of the business needs and goals of client to be able to proactively propose strategies, solutions, and revised processes if need be
  • Be capable of resolving various day-to-day issues with vendors, finance, local markets
  • Ensure deliveries are on time, campaigns are on-track, billing is accurate

In 12 months:

  • Established strong team and client relationships and receive great feedback from co-workers and key client contacts.
  • Successfully and consistently maintain a portfolio of campaigns that deliver on the clients’ objectives
  • Have a thorough understanding of all things Mindshare – all products, services, and be able to integrate out-of-scope offerings into client proposals

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensures accurate planning and implementation of all Paid Search campaigns.
  • Lead and develop colleagues in the biddable team
  • Take ownership of all Paid Search campaigns and deliveries, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs
  • Proactively analyse data to continually optimise campaigns
  • Regular contact with the client to update them on performance and respond to any requests from them
  • Produce comprehensive reports for the clients with in-depth insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Keep abreast with new digital technologies and platform features

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 5-6+ years of experience in Paid Search marketing roles within a media agency
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous and analytical with a keen interest in data/numbers
  • Collaborative team player with a consultative approach working with cross-functional and internal teams
  • Curious and inquisitive; investigative with the ability to diagnose an issue
  • Efficient worker with good time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
