Role: Paid Search Senior Executive (Vietnamese Speaker)

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive to join us.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow various aspects of Paid Search and Social across a range of agency clients, providing insight, strategy and high-quality deliverables in tandem with the wider agency team.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Understand client’s business goals and marketing objectives & understand the role Paid Search plays to drive their business forward.
  • Great understanding of best practices and audit process to deliver best in class campaigns.
In six months:

  • Continually building test and learn frameworks across Search campaigns, ensuring tests reach significance where possible and learnings / next steps are communicated to clients.
  • Strong relationship with your team and senior stakeholders across the business
  • Build relationships with Search reps across key biddable platforms
  • Contributing to campaign performance to drive continued efficiencies across all campaigns
In 12 months:

  • Contribution to evolving best practices through A/B testing
  • Exceeding client KPIs across all campaigns and growing business revenue through increased billings where possible.
Responsibilities of the role:

  • Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise Paid Search activity
  • Regular tracking of platform run rates with ongoing commentary and actionable insights
  • Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs
  • Ongoing client servicing including but not limited to optimisation and campaign progress, prompt response to client and internal questions related to paid campaigns.
  • Ongoing Paid Search strategy development and implementation with the search manager and lead
  • Writing search ad copies to drive improved click through rates and relevancy for the searched keywords
What you will need:
  • Business level English and Vietnamese Language skills – Ability to read & write in the language
  • 1-2 years of experience in Search marketing on platforms like Google Ads, Apple Ads, Bing Ads is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for clear reporting capability
  • Google Ads Fundamentals Certifications is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions
  • Able to speak confidently and maintains good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
