GroupM Nexus is the industry’s largest community of performance marketing experts designed to drive performance and innovation at scale for GroupM’s agencies and clients We are currently looking for a Senior Manager- Data & Analytics to join us. In this role, you will be accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at GroupM. Supporting the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and/or test and trials.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
    
 
  • Have an understanding of the requirements and portfolio of clients.
  • You will be working with data tools to provide strategic solutions.
In six months:     
  • You will have an in-depth technical knowledge of the data and analytics tools and models. It will help to add value in meeting business goals.
  • Good communication with internal stakeholders.
In 12 months:     
  • You will have started working on core KPIs.
  • You will have started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline.
What your day job looks like at GroupM Nexus:     
  • Understand the business needs of internal stakeholder, solve their problems by using data and translate data into business insights and analysis.
  • Support data & analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns
  • Measurement framework
  • Campaign optimization
  • Become a confident user of systems and tools within GroupM and the industry
  • Build relationships internally across disciplines and countries
  • Support teams in analyzing data and finding insights
  • Formulate strategic recommendations with data & analytics team and above based on gathered insights
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new tools and solutions
  • Collate data and support data & analytics team with the delivery of reporting for clients
  • Audit new external tools to build a wider knowledge of the market
What you’ll bring:     
  • Natural affinity with numbers and analysis, strong Excel / G-sheet skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Competent querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Ability to create dashboards on tools like Power Bi, Google Data Studio, Tableau
  • Familiarity with statistical modelling (e.g., seasonality, multi-touch attribution, etc.)
  • Familiar with statistical / programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
Minimum qualifications:     
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or Finance.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
