GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Digital Executive to join us.  
  
Overview: Supports the Digital team in executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in the setup and execution of digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo! Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs). 
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization. 
  • Support the team in reporting and analysis. 
  • Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms. 
  
Goals: 
3 Months: Proficient in campaign setup and execution across all platforms. Understanding of basic campaign metrics and reporting. 
6 Months: Able to suggest optimizations and contribute to campaign strategy discussions. 
12 Months: Manage smaller campaigns independently and contribute to larger campaigns with minimal supervision. 
  
What You'll Bring: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science preferred). 
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Fluency in business English and Japanese. Bilingual ability is a plus. 
  • Comfortable with data analysis is a plus.
