The GroupM Services team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high-value and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.

The GroupM Services Reporting Team is tasked with the extraction of data from various technology systems/ platforms and to transform and visualize the extracted data into templated format to provide Agencies and their clients with crucial business-intelligence. 

Following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services Reporting team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:


  • Drive the team’s vision, culture and champion for the use of data in making key business decisions
  • Demonstrate leadership as part of GroupM Services Management team and target to achieve 100% compliance with GroupM policies and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across GroupM Services teams by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise.
  • Build Reporting team’s credibility with all GroupM Agency teams and ensure strong working relationship in order to deliver desired operational and functional efficiency
  • Incentivize knowledge share, continuous learning and keep up with new technologies in order to constantly apply fresh perspectives to the Reporting team’s output and impact on business, both long term and short term
  • Proactively address, and if needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Provide specific expertise to clients when and if required by GroupM Agencies
  • Lead quality control and process optimization
  • Oversee all activities of Reporting team to ensure there is high data-quality and reliability of reports delivered to agencies.
  • Resolving any challenges and problems faced by Reporting team in a level-headed, decisive way, mitigating the impact on quality and timeliness of the team’s deliverables
  • Mentor key team members, constantly hone their skills and competencies for career growth and progression, preparing them for the occupation of this position in future
  • Actively engage GroupM Agency leadership teams with view to drive the long-term prioritization of data reporting needs and opportunities across all GroupM Agencies.
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of offline AND online media planning/ buying experience in a media agency.
  • Prior experience in successful execution of dashboard reporting for client and other data-visualization initiative
  • Excellent computer skills and high proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools and relevant 3rd party software
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Leadership skills demonstrated as an ability to anticipate and remove barriers to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo.
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks
