Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Manager- Digital to join us.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Director- Digital

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Establish a trustworthy relationship with the client
  • Build Media plan for the brief and execute through channels
  • Educate and map new digital opportunities for the client

In six months:

  • Lead each digital campaign efficiently
  • Push new digital offerings to drive revenues

In 12 months:

  • Contribute to driving overall revenue growth
  • Contribute to the seamless and effective client experience

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Media planning & execution
  • Manage client briefing meetings/Calls
  • Addressing briefs in the form of strategy and media planning
  • Liaising with Central/biddable team for executing campaign deliveries
  • Liaising with external partners
  • Campaign reports

What you’ll bring:

  • Passionate about Digital media, a Team player and Loves Speed & Agility
  • Great attention to detail
  • Helping clients make sense of the ever-changing digital landscape

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Digital media agency experience or with an Advertiser
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and can work under pressure
  • Possess thorough market and industry knowledge
  • Holistic digital experience and good understanding across different functions like SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Video & Mobile.
