Overview of job 

This role is to delivering ongoing Search Account Service in search marketing to GroupM L’Atelier. As a Performance Executive you will be under GroupM L’Atelier Search teams and provide service to Clients.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Performance Manager

Measures of success – 

In 3 months:
Understood how L’Atelier search team’s internal processes are run

In 6 months:
Understood client’s business approach and meet requests of daily work

In 12 months:
Been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • SEM Accounts Operation, ensure search accounts meet their spending and KPI within existing clients.
  • Follow up SEM strategy to Client’s business.
  • Get Baidu Primary Exam Certificate
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to client in time.
  • Facilitate workflow process and ensure full synergy with Agency search and planning teams
  • From time to time work on projects outside day to day client
  • Keep good relationships with internal & External clients

What you will need:

  • 0-1 years’ search experience in SEM using Baidu ,360 ,Sogou ,Bing and Google
  • Understands SEM including Planning, Operation & KPI dilivering with at least 1 years of past experience
  • Excellent track record in dealing with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing large search campaigns
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Expert in responding to statistical data
