Overview of job

We are currently looking for an Executive – Talent Operations to join us on a third-party payroll. The Talent Operations Executive is an experienced HR professional with broad experience in various HR areas. He/she focuses on the operational details and takes care of day-to-day activities, supports internal clients, and provides solutions where possible. The value adds of the Talent Executive is in the eye to detail in HR processes, internal clients, and key employees. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and executing skills. There is always a lot to juggle with a large volume of work and the pace is fast!

In this role, your goals will be:


In three months:

  • Developing open, frank, and positive relationships with colleagues throughout GroupM Talent Team
  • Demonstrating a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery on all documents produced
  • Building a solid understanding of GroupM, and our agencies, and their policies and procedures
  • Understanding the various GroupM processes and executing them with TAT

 

 In six months:

  • Building trusted relationships with the Vendor, having built credibility as reliable and responsive
  • Coordinating and liaising with the vendor effectively

 

 In 12 months:

  • You would have successfully launched your most important and impactful HR strategy based on the needs of the agency and in alignment with GroupM HR strategy

 

 What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Digital filing of employee documentation in the respective employee folders, updating JT, maintaining MIS.
  • Sharing a weekly summary of the pending documents to the TA team initiating BCG for new joinees PAN India.
  • Coordination and Follow up with TA Team and various stakeholders be it internal team, new joinees or candidates for the required documents.
  • Follow up for PF Form 2, Form11 and PF statement from all new joinees.
  • Sending Exit formalities emailer to resigned employees.
  • Helping on EMP Code creation master upload file.
  • Preparing and Issuance of letters (eg. Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving letters, etc .)
  • Work on MS Word, MS Excel sheets and preparing various MIS reports.
  • Coordination with vendors.
  • Data entry into the HRIS system.
  • Background verification Initiation.
  • Follow up for PF Form 2, Form11 and PF statement from all new joinees.
  • Working on leaves calculation of exit employees.
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
  • Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in MS office.
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good in communication verbal and written
  • Passionate, collaborative, creative and thinker.
  • Accurate in data collation and data entry.
  • Understanding or HR functions and policies.
