Accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at Essence. You should also be able to apply your technical skills to solve business challenges and distill complexity into a simple output. You will join a distinctly ambitious team. Some of the things we’d like you to do:

 

 

        Support Analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns

        Measurement framework

        Campaign optimization

        Become a confident user of systems and tools within Essence and the industry

        Supporting the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and/or test and trials.

        Build relationships internally across disciplines and countries

        Support teams in analyzing data and finding insights

        Formulate strategic recommendations with Analytics Manager and above based on gathered insights

        Collaborate with the team to develop new tools and solutions

        Collate data and support Analytics manager with delivery of reporting for clients

        Opportunity to audit new external tools to build wider knowledge of market

        Opportunity to specialise in data science projects

 

 

 

A bit about yourself:

 

Required

 

        1 to 3 years of relevant analytics experience

        Natural affinity with numbers and analysis

        Strong verbal and written communication

        Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

        Competent querying languages (e.g. SQL)

 

Desired

 

        Familiarity with data science modelling  (e.g. seasonality, multi-touch attribution, etc.)

        Familiar with statistical / programming languages (e.g. Python, R)

        Good knowledge of hypothesis testing

        Good knowledge of dashboarding/basic modeling concepts
