We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities on campaign management. She/he is overall in charge of full-media planning and executing.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
In three months:
· Build relationship with mid and senior client relationship
· Independently run local campaigns and handle day to day operation
· Assist line manager on tech stacks setup
In six months:
· Assist and involve in high level strategy and digital development
· Guide and coach the team to improve day to day operation excellence in full confidence
· Built strong relationship with clients, business partners and local markets
In 12 months:
· Independently manage all annual review, strategy, and plan for the client in HK
· Successfully nurture and coach the team to elevate digital skillsets
· Be the second hand to direct report to manage activities, assist on developing market guidelines and digital initiatives
What your day job looks like at L’Atelier:
· Local client relationship management
· Plan, develop, present and execute media campaigns and partnership; Oversee integrated planning – online and offline, with focus on digital
· Excellence in day to day campaign management and operations
Minimum qualifications:
· 4+ years working experience in media industry with full media planning capability
· Familiar with all the planning tools and market analysis, including consumer behavior study, competitor’s analysis
· Team management experience
· Proved client service capability
· Good presentation and communication skills
· Being innovative in providing the solution
· New media trend sensitive
· Strong thinking habit and proactive, self-motivated
· Quick learner, Open to challenges
· Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
