Digital Media Executive

The Role

The role of Digital specialists is to work closely alongside other members of the client team to ensure campaigns are executed, amplified and optimised with an effective, efficient and future facing approach that positively provokes growth.

The Digital Executive supports the Associate Director in delivering gold standard best practices across predominantly social and programmatic channels. They will build trusted and influential relationships with platform and agency partners. The Executive ensures media is implemented according to the detailed media plan. They will own delivery of campaigns including optimisation and Post Campaign Analysis.

Role Requirements:

  • Well developed, up to date, digital media landscape knowledge (particularly social platforms)
  • Attention to detail
  • Digital media activation and buying experience
  • Results driven and passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
  • Builds relationships with Media and/or platform partners and ensuring an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients
  • Ensuring best in class delivery and consistent use of Digital team processes
  • Engages in and seeks out all offered training and should be working towards Blueprint and Google certifications
  • Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy
  • Ensures all buying is correct as per media plans with no overspend and flags issue in good time
  • Responsible for ensuring all account queries are answered within 3 days, identifying the reason why the account query occurred and ensuring this process is refined moving forward
