Reporting of the role 
This role reports to: EC Director

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
 
  • Deep understanding of latest performance marketing trends, media platform resources and cooperation formats (within but not limited in 小红书,抖音,微信,微博, etc.).
  • Familiar with all product lines of brand with different USP and media communication message.
In six months: 
  • Classify media recommendation based on product needs (product superiority, communication task, promotion season etc.)
  • Could co-work with other function departments very smooth.
  • Coop. with team for campaign execution, proposal planning and formal proposal.
In 12 months: 
  • Independent executive ability for media campaign to achieve client’s KPI (coordinate with internal team and with clients of quality control and revise, data monitor and optimization, campaign performance review etc.).
  • Have a comprehensive strategy and layout of media recommendation for all product lines.
  • Help to optimize the working process according to the actual working situation.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:
 
  • RTB performance media plan (such as affiliate media, douyin feeds) generation based on client brief.
  • Media selection & evaluation & inventory recommendation (media inventory matrix base on budget and comms task).
  • Daily execution work quality control.
  • Client communication & timeline management to ensure the campaign progress smoothly.
  • Real-time On-air monitoring & performance tracking and optimization.
  • Campaign postbuy generation with implication for future

Minimum qualifications: 
  • Media optimization knowledge with 3+ year experience in performance media (Baidu, Red, Douyin, WeChat moments, etc.) projects planning and executive in previous agency (creative and/or media) or interactive departments.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Detail oriented, with excellent and proactive project follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with analysing results and draw insights which improve performance
  • Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve an inspire.
