This role reports to AdOps Lead.

What your day job looks like:

  • Oversee all ad tracking activities across all biddable/non-biddable campaigns.
  • Effectively prepare all biddable and non-biddable campaigns which includes, ad-trafficking, set-up, tagging, creative testing and troubleshooting.
  • Be a specialist leader - Team management and trusted mentor in GroupM Nexus
  • Responsible to support all in-market AdOps excellence practice (inc. operational workflow efficiency, naming convention, quality assurance and process standardization) that delivers best in class tracking and data operations for measurement (i.e. tagging).
  • Demonstrate aptitude across digital operations and deliver technologies (such as Ad Servers, Verification Platform) to maximize campaign performance efficiency and performance.
  • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of GroupM Agency’s clients and advertising platform data profile and connectivity (i.e. AdServers, DSP, Analytics)
  • Identify and lead any operations automation project across groups of specialists (such as use of APIs/custom scripts or any third-party tools).
  • Promote an analytical approach and problem-solving capability to the team.
  • Effectively communicate and simplify technical explanations to senior GroupM Agency’s stakeholders and/or clients.
  • Work with market’s GroupM Nexus AdTech lead to strengthen partnership across technology players such as Ad Servers, reputable third-party AdTech companies and vendors in order to apply innovative product solutions across campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with markets’ AdTech Local Team to support any agency/account solutions (including presentations/pitch work).

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of digital AdOps (tracking and measurement) experience and excellent knowledge in digital media
  • Experienced of doing ecommerce tracking for client website, knowledge of coding is a plus..
  • Established relationships with verification partner and large digital players like Google/FB
  • Very strong desire to evangelize the importance of operations, measurement among the agency planning community.
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, including ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Experience in project management from both strategic and operational perspectives.
  • Passionate about digital media, AdTech, marketing tools and technologies and eager to keep learning.
  • Ability to build and maintain a productive collaboration across teams.
