We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving GroupM India’s talent acquisition objectives by sourcing, evaluating and hiring candidates.

You will work to locate and attract the best and brightest talent to GroupM. You will be leveraging on technology and data to make smart business decisions and be the subject of hiring for all levels in the business.

Measures of success:

In three months, you would have:

  • Gotten a decent grip on the business that you are supporting
  • Developed strong working relations with the stakeholders
  • Identified your potential candidate markets

In six months, you would have:

  • You will have started making a significant business impact through your understanding, knowledge and initiatives.
  • Created a talent pipeline for open and anticipated positions across Programmatic, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, Analytics & E-commerce.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • You would have successfully launched your most important and impactful TA strategy based on the needs of the agency.
  • Created a network in the talent market, to utilize to your and business’s advantage.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Design, develop and maintains the recruitment process and metrics
  • Identify the skills and competencies required to support current and future business activities
  • Utilize recruitment media, job fairs, and e-recruiting tools as required to attract qualified candidates
  • Source and evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions
  • Competition mapping: Identify competition companies and gather key insights about their team structures and profiles
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Ensure timely delivery of HR processes through the employment lifecycle
  • Responsible for smooth pre-boarding & onboarding of all the selected candidates
  • Drive assigned HR projects with rigour and accountability

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years+ of relevant experience required.
  • Prior experience in hiring for media agencies would be an added advantage.
  • Master’s degree (HR) from a reputable university
