Overview of the role
T&Pm is a part of the Mindshare network, is the youngest and fastest growing agency within the GroupM fold. This is a high impact, critical position to manage buying work with T&Pm's portfolio of high growth brands. T&Pm  is looking for an enthusiastic, and self-motivated media buying professional to take charge as Manager - The Exchange. An ideal person for this role should have 3+ years of experience in Media Buying. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of work on prestigious brands including deal evaluations, dealing with the channels, integration, interacting with the client/s on key questions.

Measures of success –

In three months:
 
  • Complete knowledge of relevant categories
  • Understood agency function – manage media budgets with end-to-end campaign management.
  • Able to understand agency and client working style and deliver on day-to-day requirements.
  • Monitor market rates and derive benchmarks.
  • Build good vendor relationships.
In six months: 
  • Independently work on the proprietary tools
  • Handling internal global buying Data reporting and requirements
  • Develop a good client relationship.
In 12 months: 
  • Independently working on the client requirements
  • Worked on end-to-end award-winning solutions.
Responsibilities of the role: 
  • Facilitate global calls and coordination – Proficiency in English is of priority.
  • Provide strategic Media Buying leadership on your set of brands.
  • Act as a senior level contact for the client and have a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy. Should be able to lead strategic conversations on Media Buying
