In this role, your goals will be:
In three months: 

  •  Could support basic execution details such as spotplan generation, booking, finance with less than 1 mistakes each month.
  •  Have good quality on tracking data collection and have basic input on all tracking reports

In six months:

  •  Have the capability to filter the KOL based on INCA or social team proposal and provide the qualified input to social manager
  • Smoothly work with client and client’s social agency to ensure all execution details will be on track with no big issues

In 12 months:

  •  Could handle the basic social (Red and Douyin) plan proposal with social manager and execution with no big issues

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Generate social plan with internal social team or INCA
  • KOL management with social team
  • Daily tracking and review

Minimum qualifications:

  • Need social operation capability
