The individual will be responsible to implement Xaxis campaigns for a portfolio of GroupM Agency’ clients and across different industry verticals.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Operations and Trading, Xaxis – GroupM Services Singapore

Measures of Success –

In 3 months:

  • Gain an in depth understanding of the programmatic landscape, be trained on the various Xaxis platforms and tools and have an understanding of how Xaxis operates
  • Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the Xaxis business including audience planning and insights, Xaxis products and Xaxis Marketplace as part of the overall campaign strategy and execution
  • Develop relationships and earn trust with your own team as well as the local market operation teams


In 6 months:

  • Work with the Engagement Team to grow key accounts’ businesses from the trading perspective
  • Develop and identify gaps/processes/tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency


In 12 months:

  • Be involved with strategic planning with Engagement team and Agency
  • Run more efficient campaigns


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Execute digital campaigns on major preferred Xaxis platforms (multiple DSPs which may evolve over time) with the incorporation of data, AI and preferred supply to deliver on client outcomes.
  • Develop deep understanding of different programmatic products and services available at Xaxis
  • Understand client’s business, media objective and the programmatic product they are currently using
  • Ensure client’s KPIs are met as per brief
  • Provided regular updates and feedback to team that ensure operational challenges are resolved, new client opportunities are assimilated, and processes are optimized and to ensure a focus in developing client strategy across your portfolio of clients
  • Execute test and learn on campaigns to deliver better performance
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
  • Consistently manage and deliver campaigns for your portfolio of clients, with the highest degree of service, strongest results and without error
  • Assist Managers in Research & Development of new products and services
  • Attain all relevant platform certification as defined by Xaxis
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent diploma, in disciplines as Mass Communications, Digital Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience
  • 2+ years working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment
  • Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
  • Passionate about digital media and eager to keep learning about new trends, technologies and best practices across the industry
