Overview of job   
Dialogue Factory is an experiential arm of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Business Director to join us to help plan and manage Rural and Small Town Integrated Experiential campaigns & initiatives for our clients.  
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Planning Teams of Dialogue Factory, the Brand & Media Teams of clients and the AOR Agencies, and various other specialists within GroupM and WPP that could offer platform and services to create unique and strategic Rural and Small Town specific experiential solutions. 
The person will additionally be responsible to ensuring coordination with various partners and service providers to ensure objective deliveries on these campaigns and initiatives.

In this role, your goals will be:  
In three months:  
  • Exposed to various SUs, and partners of GroupM to understand the work & processes that will help plan & create Holistic Solutions
  • Up to speed with Brands’ value proposition, its chainages and barriers and the strategies for Rural and Small Town
  • Build relationships with Brand Leaders of the agency and Brand Teams of the clients and patriciate in discussion to identify and scope for experiential in Rural & Small Town India.
  • Lead relevant & objective solutions for the brands in collaboration with DF, Digital and various SUs & partners of GroupM. 
  • Active client engagement to scout for value additions in Rural & Small Town India.
  • Visit Field and spend time in field on campaigns and with TG to be worked on
 
 
In six months:  
  • Develop a project pipeline at each stage of opportunity development
  • Lead & Develop campaign proposals that are highly integrated with the other units / partners within and beyond GroupM to create unique activation/ extraretinal strategic solutions.
  • Get client sign-off on various experiential campaigns and initiative with a strong focus on strategy. 
  • Manage delivery of these campaigns working with clients and Ops/Delivery teams of various SUs and partners and ensure objective deliveries
In 12 months:  
  • Get recognised as an experiential Rural specialist on the clients being worked on and establish oneself as the first protocol for any experiential Rural requirement.
  • Get nomination for recognition from Industry through 3 Nominations and one award during a calendar year 
  • Deliver on investments Targets set for each clients/set of clients
What your day job looks like at Dialogue Factory:  
  • Active engagement with Media Teams and clients and identify needs for Experiential in Rural
  • Conceptualizing and leveraging DF and various other SUs and Media Partners to create unique solution for Experiential in Rural.
  • Pitching of these solutions to Media and Mktg teams of the client and fine tune / modify basis feedback and align project deliveries and commercials.
  • Lead commercial closure on these initiatives with vendors / partners as well as clients
  • Mount & manage these initiatives in coordination and support from various SU’s and partners.
  • Supervision of budgets & contracts and other commercial terms between all parties involved
  • Will be working closely with the DF central team to create solutions and manage its execution

Minimum qualifications:  
  • A management Graduate.
  • With experience of 8 - 10 years
  • Experience on working with large brands.
